Absolutely: The skin heals both ways. Keep clean and it will heal. Everyone has an opinion and mine is that the skin heals. If you need to cover it due to environmental things like dirt or work then do that but it will heal with or without a bandaid ( or triple antibiotic or neosporin) the body is truly incredible to sit back and watch what it does with support and nutrition.
