I had an eye injury to the corner of my eye and the doctor performed corneal scraping, but one year later i can still feel my eye. the wound can be seen by my partner, it is crater shaped ~2 sq mm in size. is it too large to heal on eyedrops only?

See your eye doctor: I would recommend that you return to your eye doctor for another complete eye exam. Alternatively, you can get another opinion to be sure the therapy you are receiving is the best option. This does require follow up with a specialist. It is also not clear from your question as to what type of eye drops you are referring to.
