Diet: Gout is triggered by something in your diet. If you can find a commonality of what you have eaten before a gout flair, you will better know what to avoid. Also, make sure you hydrate and exercise. Gout is commonly triggered by aged cheese, red meat, organ meat, game meat, alcohol but many other foods contribute as well.
