Is it ok to take zoloft (sertraline) and ibuprofen together?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not recommended : There is a potential interaction as both can increase the risk of bleeding problems. If Tylenol (acetaminophen) works as well it might be a better choice for you. If you are otherwise healthy without other risk factors for bleeding and taking relatively lower doses of Zoloft and ibuprofen, the risk of bleeding is not high but I would want you to check with your own doctor before I could recommend it.
