Bleeding risk: There is ^ bleeding risk with use zoloft (sertraline) & ibuprofen. Geriatric pt's with kidney or liver disease are at higher risk in particular. Some bleeding sx's: ^ bruising, weakness, dizziness, bloody urine or stools & poor bleeding control. I have patients on both without problems. But, your physician knows your risk factors for developing complications. I would listen to your dr’s & pharmacist's input.
