SHOULD BE OK: You can take sertraline and ibuprofen. Not an issue but make sure that you eat first so it does not bother your stomach. Ibuprofen fine so long as there are no stomach ulcers or kidney issues.

Drug interactions: I recommend that my patient who take SSRI's (like sertraline) avoid alcohol use as it can potentiate side effects. Per the Drugs.Com drug interaction checker there is "moderate" risk that this combination "may increase the risk of bleeding. The interaction may be more likely if you are elderly or have kidney or liver disease."
