Impossible: Your ovaries form cysts on a monthly basis that collapse with ovulation. Sometimes they DON'T collapse but even then these cysts are often asymptomatic (you can't feel them) and they wouldn't be associated with having had a hysterectomy. Any symptoms might be due to something else. If worried, see a gynecologist for an exam.
