Whey and creatine: Whey is an easily digested protein and very healthy. Creatine is not particularly useful. It is a natural chemical that enters muscle and is proposed to increase muscle contractile capacity and endurance. It is hard to prove benefit and probably does not help. Nebraska football players who used creatine had more injuries. Fat burner is not needed. A waste of money. Eat low carb, low fat, exercise
