Likely: She would have at least told you that you had them. Warts can be treated with medication, but also can be treated by destructive methods like freezing or burning. Herpes unless the lesions appeared nearly resolved would have been treated with an antiviral like valtrex, (valacyclovir) acyclovir, famvir, etc.
