Had hiatal hernia surgery. Can't pass gas or go to bathroom. I have so much bloating, pain, nausea and pressure. How can I relieve it?

After surgery...: If the surgery was just recent and you cannot pass gas at all and in pain you need to go to the emergency room right now. This could be something very dangerous and without directly giving you an exam I cannot make a guess. Don't wait please, go right away.
