See cardiologist: If you palpitations are bothersome you may need a longer ECG monitor. Sometimes they will put one on and have you wear it for a month. The cardiologist may also want to put you on a medication like a beta blocker to decrease the palpitations. Good luck and try to see your cardiologist soon. Also avoid caffeine, nicotine and alcohol.
