Ectopic heart beats: To evaluate the exact cause of your ectopic beats, would need an ambulatory monitor of some type (common types include: 24hr holter, 48 hr holter, 2 week zio monitor, 4 week event monitor, implantable monitor). If you have them every day, would consider a 24 hour holter monitor. Since occurs with exercise, may consider a treadmill stress test to evaluate for stress induced rhythm problems.
