What surgery?: Does the surgery involve an infected tooth? Is the sinus infection related to an infected tooth? Are you currectly on antibiotics? These are important questions that you should discuss with your dentist who will determine the best course of treatment for you. It is always best to treat a patient without any infection at all, but that may not always be possible.

Possibly: If you have an upper tooth with an infection that could be a contributing factor in sinus infection so dental surgery could be indicated.

Sure: As long as you are not running a fever and do not have difficulty breathing through your nose, you should so fine. If needed though, you could reschedule a couple days later.

Maybe: The real question here is where the dental surgery will be in your mouth. If you have sinus congestion, difficulty breathing through your nose and are coughing, i would recommend holding off unless you require surgery on an emergency basis. Your doctor may wish to treat your sinus condition prior to performing surgery. Keep smiling.
