How : How are the sinus symptoms and eye doing now? Her incontinence may be due to the antibiotics, which can cause severe stomach upset, nausea and diarrhea. This may need a change of antibiotic, but call your doctor first. Her sinus infection was obviously very bad and any changes need to bo monitored. You may also try a probiotic. They are available at any drug store over the counter. They help replenish the normal good bacteria in the gut that have been removed by the antibiotic.

Was : Was the sinus surgery performed after the eye became swollen in response to an orbital complication of sinus disease, or has the eye swelling followed the sinus surgery, and if so, what was the timing? An orbital complication of sinus disease is, at the very least, justification for sinus ct study and IV antibiotic therapy unless you are talking about very early pre-septal cellulitis. What was the evaluation performed in the er? How was she treated? Something doesn't add up if you have had to go to the er 3 times....Were symptoms getting worse? If so, i would think she would have been admitted for IV antibiotics and further treatment.

eye symptoms at any time during sinus surgery are serious and should be seen immediately by the surgeon--not sure why 3 ER visits and no revisits to that surgeon for a discussion. The ER is a tough place to sort thesethings out.
