Too many variables: Your concern is appropriate, but context is important: 1) how old is the "she" in question? 2) what co-morbidities does the "she" have? 3) Are the upper abdominal pains ongoing or have resolved? 4) What is the level of urobilinogen, and what other tests were accomplished? 5) What did the ER advise?
