Urine is sterile: Urine cannot give you an infection. You do not need to worry.

Probably no worries: You should mention this incident to your occupational health or employee health staff. It seems unlikely but the patient's urine may be too acidic for your skin or contain some other compound that your skin is sensitive to. Unless you have a break in your skin (cut, etc) the reaction is superficial. Is it possible that some cleaning or disinfecting agent was in the bedpan?
