A member asked:

Hi, i've been living with a 130/93 blood pressure for about 8 months now doctors don't want to prescribe me any medications just because i'm 30 years old and they don't consider it as a dangerous case. is this normal?

Blood pressure: I agree with your doctors that a pill is not needed at this time. However, there are a number of active steps you can take to reduce your BP. Is your weight at optimum? Exercise, especially aerobic and doing 2 or 3 days of high intensity interval training, magnesium glycinate 400 to 800 mg daily. Health foods such as frsh fruit, beans and legumes, fish, dark leafy greens, avocados, shoe grain.
