Check with MD: If you have a fever in pregnancy always good to see doctor. Sounds like it's passed, but hopefully you've made an appointment to be seen soon. Sounds like routine viral illness, but flu and pregnancy can be dangerous. Make sure to stay well hydrated and if fever returns go to ER.
