Costochondritis: Sounds like you have some inflammation in your chest wall. Your thorax consists of ribs, muscles, nerve, and connective tissue like ligaments and cartilage. Like any place on your body, you can pull and strain your ribcage. If appropriate, stretches and anti-inflammatories are the treatment of choice.
