3.5yr old daughter has nf possibility of adhd and still has accidents because she's too busy playing. she holds it until the last minute. why?

Having more fun: She holds it because she's having more fun playing than she would if she was in the bathroom. For this reason, it's helpful to set a timer to go off every hour or two. When it goes off, don't ask 'do you need to go?' -- TELL her 'it's time to go' and take her to the bathroom. She needs to sit on the potty for at least 5 minutes each time.
