Depends.: The affordable care act, what republicans like to call obamacare, outlaws denial of coverage based on pre-existing conditions. As long as the act is not repealed you should be covered. Mr. Romney has promised to work to repeal the act. Good luck.

Not sure: Not sure i understand the question. Medical card usually refers to government-supplied medical insurance which is given to the poor. If you have a low enough income, you can get it. There are no pre-existing conditions.
