Watch and see: Give her some tylenol (acetaminophen) or ibuprofen and a wash down with a washcloth soaked in lukewarm water. Fever should be down in 30 minutes or less. I will be here for the next 2 and a half hours. Let me know how it goes or log in for a consult. Also give her pedialyte to keep her fluids going. If she is vomiting fluids, you need to take her to the ER.
