Hard to answer ...: Without knowing the details, i'll guess that she stays up late, then is very tired when she gets home from school so she naps either after school or after dinner . Then gets up, does homework( i hope), and again goes to sleep pretty late. (just a guess.) we'd want to keep her awake instead of letting her nap, maybe even give something to help her fall asleep at reasonable time to break the cycle.

Sleep hygiene: I would make sure you enhance the sleep hygiene of your daughter including reducing exposure to caffeine as well as to electronic devices that will antagonize sleep in the hour or two before sleep. There should be a pronounced effort to reduce the exposure of your daughter to ambient light at night. If these measures do not succeed, you may want to consider seeing a child psychiatrist! stay safe!
