Musculoskeletal ?: 32 yo female w. left lower abdominal pain told "colitis", which pain should be crampy w. changed bowel pattern. UTI often w. dysuria, urinary frequency & fever. Constipation is a consideration. Menses is not associated; therefore endometriosis unlikely. Hernia would require C.T. exam rule out. Pelvic girdle pain possibly referred from disordered sacroiliac joint, which an Osteopath can diagnose.
