My daughter has a painful lump under her armpit she is saying that every year she get pain in her armpit then it stop but she never knew that a lump was causing that could i be breast cancer?my daughter is 13 years old

Very unlikely: Cancer is very unlikely at her age. An infection in the lymph nodes or hair follicles is more likely. It would be prudent to see a doctor to avoid the process becoming chronic. Wish you and your daughter good health!
