I have pain in one boob my right it feels like theres muscle on the top not like a lump almost like a quarter moon shape top to side i went a dr he didnt seem worried about breast cancer i also pinched a nerve in my armpit causing back/chest pain?

Pinched nerve: If you still have concerns about your breast, consult a breast surgeon for evaluation and advice. A pinched nerve in the armpit shouldn't cause chest and back pain, but one in the upper back vertebra could. If symptoms persist get an opinion from an orthopedic specialist.
