Complicated: See doc, make sure no diabetes, thyroid or other metabolic disorder. Continuos aerobic exercise 40 minutes twice a day. No soda, diet or otherwise. No fast food restaurant food, no food in a box. Fresh vegetables, fruit but not in excess, lean meat. Lots of water, hydrating and filling. Consider Garcinia Cambodia 30 minutes before meals. Try not to eat later than 6 to 7 PM. Do not eat within 2 to 3 hours of going to bed. Discipline!! And patience

Move and cut carbs: Good for you that you are trying to lose weight. If you have not seen a doctor you might want to do that to make sure your thyroid level is okay. Movement is important, it can be just walking but it needs to be for an hour a day. The biggest dietary change to make is to cut way down on carbohydrates, that is sugars and starches like bread, pasta, potatoes and ride. Good luck and be patient.
