Safe and Sure: Is the way to go. You should cut out all fried foods and soda to start. Walk briskly 1-2 mi/day, eat 3-4 oz of protein per meal, lots of salad/veg with not too much dressing. For carbs try oat meal in the morning and red garnet yam/boiled potato with lunch/dinner. Hungry in between meals eat a handful of nuts. You should loose 1-2 pounds per week safe and sure.
