5 yrs ago: pop in head with fluid feeling dec: shaking, tachycardia, nausea, loss of appetite now: occasional nausea/headache/hardtime eating, (etc.)?

Ct?: Have you had a ct scan? Your symptoms may be due to other issues, but with your hx of head trauma, i would want to rule out a chronic sub-dural hematoma. A ct scan of the head will do that.
