You're in flux: Our bodies constant change, little bit little, bit by bit. Thirty years from now you will not be exactly the same as you are today. You may be grinding your teeth and wearing them away, your tongue may be pushing on them and slightly moving them. At 20 you shouldn't have gum problems, but without an exam, who knows? See a local dentist if you're uncomfortable.

Third molars are sus: Third molars are forming their root structures during your late teen. They can put pressure on the arch, pushing the entire arch forward causing the incisors to buckle and crowd up. Lower first bicuspids can be forced out of the arch form as well. This can change your prop reception of your teeth and result in them not feeling right.
