Rectal Bleeding: At 11yo probably a minor laceration-possibly from a large stool that caused irritation/inflammation. Possibly even a small hemorrhoid, but this should get better and resolve. If he continues to have rectal bleeding, even at 11yo, he needs to be seen and evaluated by the Dr. Best wishes.
