Trauma: I do not see any reason to have to wipe yourself 15 times after a bowel movement. I suspect you may have a hemorrhoid condition or simply bled because of too much irritation from wiping. Have you considered using wet wipe first?

Blood on stool: Risk is low at age 23. Excessive anal wiping could cause abrasian with bleeding. If this is a one time finding - would not fret. However, if this continues - please do get medical assessment & peace of mind. Take care.
