More stones seen: The current report shows more stones and the old report saw one 11mm stone. Sounds like you have developed more gallstones since the previous exam. This would not be uncommon. More stones may be visible on the current exam because the gallbladder was better distended or the technologist who did the new study was more experienced.

Gall stones: More stones are crystallizing & were not previously visible. May need to consider removal before complications set in. Best of luck.
