Incidental finding on ct showed multiple hypoattenuating renal lesions incompletely characterized/too small to characterize with multiple right renal calculi. dr said lesions are probably cysts. i am only 28 yrs old. could this be pkd?

PKD: PKD runs in some families and gallops in others. Do Ja family tree. And is usually on both sides. If no PKD in family, then try to find out why u r having Kidney stones. Then do a kidney stone tree. Go to uptodate.com and read more.
