Classical migraine: Your sequence was first the aura consisting of numbness and tingling and later headache all of which is a classical appearance of this migraine variant. Can choose to take a triptan within the first 30-60 min and/or a preventative med to stop a headache pattern. Talk with your doctor regarding best interventional approaches.
