Moderate symptoms: On a psychiatry note, there are five axes: axis 1: psychiatry diagnoses (i.e. Depression) axis 2: personality disorders axis 3: medical disorders axis 4: pyschosocial factors contributing to disorder axis 5: globabl functioning scale: 100 is completely normal, 1 is none. 55-60 is moderate affect. I'm not sure what the other numbers are. Look up global assessment of functioning on wikipedia.

Not enough info: I don't know about all the numbers you mentioned, but "axis v" refers to a score on the dsm-iv "global assessment of functioning" (gaf) scale, which measures overall functioning on a 0 to 100 scale. 55-60 would refer to a moderate level of symptoms or impairment in functioning.
