You probably have more than one medical problem; limb pain isn't likely related to vaginal or urinary symptoms. Discharge and infection suggest vaginal infection, but frequent urination suggests others. It's also important whether you have to urinate with small amounts of urine (infection?) or large amounts (diabetes?). Monostat won't help most of these symptoms. You need medical care in person.
