I would note that you don't want to rely on a computer interpretation of the ECG and should make sure a cardiologist has reviewed it. Other things to remember is that you want to review the ECG in the context of symptoms, risk factors etc.

Sometimes a computer gives a prelim interpretation, then a doctor gives a final reading. The findings you listed are details but not interpretation. Depending on clinical context (age, symptoms, history) and comparison with prior ECGs, ST depression might mean ischemia and need further testing.
