Dr. Alvin Lin answered

Go see your doctor: Go see your family doctor, psychiatrist and/or psychologist. Depression isn't something you want to tackle on your own. They can help you if you let them. Some respond to psychotherapy (talking) if mild & early. Others need assistance of medications. Studies show many will benefit from combination of both rather than just one or other. Most important, know that others care for & about you.
