Ct shows all sinuses diseased. rt ethmoid drain blocked, plus 2 polyps, causing chronic pink eye. surgery's next week but prednisone/antibiotics helping (after 3 months). still need surgery? normal?

Probably: You will either need chronic meds, or have recurrent infections. Surgery should alleviate the need for all of these.

Yes: The conditions that you described are still present, just being minimized by the steroid/antibiotic combination. The underlying problem still exists.
