How long until fluid drains/ear unclogs/ringing stops/hearing returns? diagnosed with severe ear/sinus infection. on antibiotics, prednisone, nasal rinse for a little over 24 hours. nasal congestion improved but ears still the same?

This depends on if the antibiotics are the correct ones for the bug/virus you have causing the problem. Takes time for swelling to go down. I would expect it to take less time that it did from the start to now.
