Unusual in a male..: At your age. Poor sleep will mimic fibromyalgia, which is all to frequently diagnosed. It is also not hereditary, but many forms of arthritis are. I would pursue those lines and wager your mom and sis are misdiagnosed!

Agree w Dr. Namey: Sleep deprivation/ insomnia often occurs with both ptsd ; major depression. That can lead to exhaustion. Don't know if you mean emotional or physical sensitivity.
