CPT: I agree with dr. Popovov that it is important to be treated by a provider who is well versed in ptsd. You didn't say what kind of therapy you had. If you have not had cognitive processing therapy (cpt) which is a form of cognitive behavioral therapy - that may be the mother load for you (as long as you are willing to work hard to get well). Obviously optimizing psychotropic medications is needed.
