That is fine: All you need is calcium and vit. D. Calcium is 1200-1500mg a day and vit. D 800-1200 units a day.If your diet is normal.

All: They all help in their individual and different ways. Keeping the body in fine form includes putting enough good in and keeping out enough of the bad. The body knows how to balance the good stuff. The bigger question is what are the doses you take, and a nutritionally oriented physician or naturopath would be able to analyze this for you.

Ca and D: Why are you taking all that junk? What do you think it will do for you? How will you know if it's working? What deficiency are you treating or what disease are you trying to prevent? There's no scientific evidence that any of that will help you except for good calcium in your diet and about 2000 units of d a day. Don't get your medical info from tv, friends or the internet.
