Yes...but!: Niacin in conjunction with statins has largely fallen out of favor. Also ryr in addition to statins is redundant as ryr is a natural precursor to statins. How about Atorvastatin 80mg & fish oil ?

Yes, but: The fish oil, especially if epa, will reduce triglycerides and LDL cholesterol somewhat, there is also prescription fish oil vascepa, i would discontinue the niacin, statins reduce cholesterol.
