Get referral : Get a referral for the dentist you see for your normal cleanings and exams. You may want to give your periodontist an opportunity to make right anything that isn't acceptable, most of us are understanding and willing to discuss worries. None of us is perfect either and on occasion things don't turn out perfect. I have never met a doctor that wasn't willing to try to make things right.

2 wall defect: It is hard to graft a two wall defect, as in the case of molar buccal bony wall, since the graft cannot be stabilized and thus shifting of graft material during function. Moreover the buccal furcation may be involved and makes thing further complicated. Optimal occlusion must be achieved prior to grafting since this may be the cause for the bone loss.
