What is a bony small bulge in the gum near the second molar(bottom teeth) only on one side.. not painful. very hard(like bone). no redness?

Most likely: a mandibular torus or benign bony expansion of the surface of the bone. These are frequently inherited. Usually no treatment is needed but they can be removed if they are becoming ulcerated due to surface trauma.
