Urgent care: The only reasonable treatment for active UTI is antibiotics, and you will need to see a doctor for that. There is cranberry juice, the legendary natural UTI cure, but data suggests it does nothing for active infection, and is conflicting whether it helps prevents recurrence. Good luck.
