I am working in remote zambia and have a painful uti. i don't have access to a doctor/hospital, but do have cipro (ciprofloxacin) with me. can you recommend a dose?

Treatment with Cipro (ciprofloxacin): For uncomplicated UTIs, 250 mg twice a day for 5 days should do it. For a more serious infection 500 mg twice a day for 7-10 days would be more appropriate
