Likely some thing : Else. Hip pain is not a usual feature of colon cancer.

Well at your age?: Listen, you are still young but all is possible. First however you need a good examination of your hip. Any pain when you move it? If nothing there than based on the clinical examination, severity of your pain, lab test, an abdominal ct, colonoscopy etc. Etc. Should be down\e. But first the hip is to be examined. First go to a primary care doctor he may refer you to specialist if needed.
